Conditions were wet and windy, and they upgraded us to a bigger boat because of it. Their communication in advance was excellent, we got a text update on the morning.

Once on board they treated us like guests, with safety and fun the main priorities, and they made a special effort to encourage my 6 year old. It was the first time we'd tried anything like this, and we'll be back for more thanks to Fun Fish Trips. Thanks! read less

Fishing trip My good friend booked a fishing trip with this company for 3 people, on the way there they got held... read moreMy good friend booked a fishing trip with this company for 3 people, on the way there they got held up because there was a massive pile up on the a road they was travelling on, the trip was at 2 o'clock. At 12.30 I rang them to see if they could get us on the later trip to be told no it wasn't possible and no refund would be given (£40) on checking availability we noticed there was plenty of available spaces for either that day or the next day so rang them again to be told someone would get back to us, That phone call never came. The next day we went down to the funfish hut where there was 2 men, the man sat in the hut made a phone call and again was told no nothing they could do while the other man was saying surely they could go on the 4pm trip. Seems to me they had the £40 and stuff you. Customer service? More like rough trading. I run a guesthouse and will not be recommending this company to any of my guests anytime soon read less
